And, well. He hasn't specifically said the word, but...it really IS like a dragon curled up on its treasure, here. Except Izuku's treasure is a bunch of nerd shit. It probably means something, actually, that Izuku is allowing her near it.
He has pens and notebooks stacked up nearby, so he'll grab a couple and hand Jiro one, picking up one of the figures with the other.]

It's actually about note-taking... again. I talked with Oma about how to get better at leading, and he suggested learning more about the other members -
But specifically, he mentioned taking notes so it's all easier to remember and look through when I need to plan stuff out.

But I'm, uh... I'm not really good at picking out what I should actually take notes for, and what's not important...

I've already been writing some notes about everyone in the Agency, if you want to look it over. There should be at least a page on everybody, though some of them aren't as detailed.
If you want to make your own notes, though, the best way to start with that is to sit down and talk to who you want to learn more about. I did that with Saihara-san and I have like, three pages on him already!
[He flips through to that page for Jiro, whether or not she was already looking or not.]
It's easier since everyone here is part of the Agency, but not so much with people you might not get to know personally, like heroes in the field...so I learned to take advantage of anything I could see them doing, like reports on the news or articles written about them. Then I'd go down the list...Name, age, Quirk, current occupation, more details about their Quirk-
